Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through research, databases, or leads provided by the company.
  • Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, pitch offerings, and generate sales leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products/services they are selling to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns to build trust and increase the likelihood of a sale.
  • Closing Sales: Persuading customers to make a purchase, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieving sales targets set by the company through a combination of cold calling, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales, and customer information in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Following Up: Following up with potential customers to nurture leads, provide additional information, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Adapting to Feedback: Learning from successful and unsuccessful sales interactions, adjusting sales strategies, and incorporating feedback from supervisors to improve performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques to enhance selling skills and remain competitive in the market.
