We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Purpose of the Job

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and driven person to join our growing sales & marketing team and who wants to build a marketing career with an innovative, fast growing Real Estate firm.
  • You will be responsible for devising, developing and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the business that supports our aggressive growth plans.
  • You will be data driven and comfortable with adjusting plans based on data points.

Tasks

  • Develop a product marketing strategy that will help attract and retain customers in a competitive market.
  • Create awareness on available company properties for lease or sale.
  • Build relationships and coordinate with external partners and agencies.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Communicating with various platforms for digital marketing and negotiating terms.
  • Maintain client relationship.
  • Source new leads for your agents.
  • ompiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
  • Implement team-wide sales strategies.
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business with at least 3 to 5 years in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Be interested in and /or understand the Fintech market.
  • Years of real estate experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent Customer service.
  • Great communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and social media.
  • Having a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
  • Performing well in a sometimes chaotic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong and confident personality coupled with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good time management for meeting strict deadlines.
  • Attitude: Must be Friendly, honest, transparent and diligent in all dealings

Salary
N130,000.00 – N150,000.00 / Month plus 5% commision on every deal sealed.
