We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies that convert them into revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to clients/customers.
  • Provide clients with comparative sales information for properties to determine competitive market pricing.
  • Suggest investment plans to the clients depending on their preferences and budget.
  • Manage contract negotiations for sales of existing properties.
  • Manage existing portfolio of clients and acquire new clients to meet revenue goals
  • Present the information regarding products and services offered and also suggest custom solutions.
  • Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of the company’s products & services.
  • Work with the company Team to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Build market recognition and customer base for the company’s landed properties
  • Effectively manage Sales Activities of the team by providing leadership
  • Build a detailed understanding of the client’s products, services, to assist the company prospect customers in the Real Estate Market.
  • Exceed any personal or commercial targets set and manage strategic planning, and forecasting, as well as reporting activities as necessary.
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Provide timely updates and report adequately.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Marketing, Estate Management and it’s related fields.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
