Job Description

  • We are hiring a dedicated HR and administrative officer to provide comprehensive support to the HR department. Also, the ideal candidate will efficiently process employee data, keep company policies up-to-date, and assist in hiring processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Gather payroll data, like bank accounts and working days.
  • Publish and remove job ads.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department.
  • Develop training and onboarding material.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for).

Job Requirements

  • Previous work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Admin, or similar role
  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field with 3-6 years experience
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Great communication skills

N150,000 – N250,000 / Month.
