Location: Akowonjo, Lagos

Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests/clients and attend to them promptly
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
  • Make a list of items needed in the working space
  • Ensure all staffs required to be in the office are present on time
  • Receive client documents when delivered
  • Monitor staff attendance

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent role.
  • Must be female.
  • Must have 1-2 years work experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Must be confident and polite
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and observational skills

Salary
N40,000 – N45,000 / Month.
